All pricing is based on specified unit sizes as per proposed architectural floor plans. Units may be combined or space sizes modified based on Buyer/Tenant requirements, subject to availability and other building factors affecting unit configurations. The number of parking spaces offered to each Buyer/Tenant will be determined based on the total commercial unit size being purchased or leased with consideration for allowing sufficient remaining parking spaces for other Buyers/Tenants. Unit improvements by developer (included in sales/lease prices):
- Gas forced heating and cooling units
- Demising walls between units to be framed (includes $1.75 sq. ft. drywall allowance)
- Open ceilings (Buyer/Tenant to complete as suspended ceiling and/or open painted joist ceiling)
- Concrete floor
- Standard electrical panel
- Electrical switch and light at each entrance door to space
Buyer/Tenant responsible for costs to design, engineer and complete the construction of interior unit space consisting of any additional interior offices to be created within the unit, interior finishes, floor covering, ceiling, electrical and fire sprinkler distribution as required for use and installation of heating/cooling ducting.
